2. The petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 22.04.2015 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi in Case No. 34 of 2014.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the writ petition be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority in the matter.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

5. If such an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within three weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the State Appellate Authority shall dispose off the same expeditiously, in accordance with law, within a maximum period of four months from the date of filing such petition.
