1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The court has taken a consistent view in all cases not to extend the time of surrender, where accused has not surrendered within the time recorded in the order by which anticipatory bail was granted.

3. Since the petitioner did not surrender within the time stipulated by order dated 12.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 22964/2023, as such, the Court does not find any merit in the modification application.
