Petitioners are languishing in custody since 28.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that 35 liters of country made liquor were recovered from the petitioners.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that investigation has already been concluded and petitioner no. 1 is accused in the other case apart from the present case.

Considering the quantity of recovery, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25233 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur Police Station Case No. 71 of 2015.
