1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.06.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.15992 of 2010, the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Madhubani, has taken a decision in its meeting held on 16.07.2018, whereby and whereunder the case of the petitioner has been rejected, as is stated by the learned counsel, appearing for the opposite parties, by referring to the show cause filed in the present case.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge

Patna High Court MJC No.164 of 2019(6) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 the aforesaid decision of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Madhubani, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
