The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Binod Paswan who has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner was not even identified by the informant and other family members.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shashi Bhushan Kumar, the learned
