The present application has been filed seeking review of the order dated 05.10.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No.15703 of 2012 by which the writ petition filed by the respondent no.1 has been disposed off holding that the petitioner is entitled to the pay scale of Rs.6500200-10500/- which he drew till the time of his superannuation in the year 2003 and all retiral benefits were to be calculated treating it to be last pay drawn by him and further any recovery, if made shall be refunded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits

Patna High Court C. REV. No.234 of 2016 dt.04-05-2016 2/2 that he will not be pressing the application as the grounds do not fall in the category of settled parameters on which a review petition can be considered.
