Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the prayer portion. Heard the parties.

It happens to be a case initially registered under Sections 363, 366, 34 of the IPC on account of kidnapping of Priyanka Kumari aged about 17 years and perceiving complicity of the petitioner vide order dated 14.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25922/2014(Annexure-1), his prayer for bail was refused. It is apparent from Annexure-8 order dated 26.06.2015 that charge against the petitioner under Sections 363/34, 366/34 had already been framed. It is also apparent that petitioner happens to be under custody since 12.04.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24325 of 2015 (4) dt.09-09-2015 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Ajay Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-6th, Gopalganj in S.Tr.No. 258/2015 arising out of Vijaypur PS Case No. 62/2014 subject to the condition that there should not be direct/indirect mode of coercion/threat/allurement over the victim, Priyanka Kumari and in case, so found, the learned lower court will be at liberty to pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
