2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have kidnapped the daughter the informant with malafide intention.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that during the course of investigation no cogent materials were cogent in order to connect the petitioner in the instant case. He further submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11138 of 2024(3) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.09.2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submits that in para-3 of this application it is mentioned that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent but in para-183 of the case diary it is mentioned that the petitioner has four criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has suppressed the criminal antecedent, the Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
