No doubt, petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, I find that the looted amount is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Apart from this, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27291 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 Upahara P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri Kumar Amit Mannu, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad/concerned court stands rejected.
