JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report and is said to have been arrested by the police from an office from where forged documents were seized but according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Prashant Kumar, who duped the informant and, admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 28.01.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
