The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that all the outstanding dues qua the service of the petitioner has stood paid. The only subsisting grievance of the petitioner, according to the petitioner, is regarding non payment of the amount of gratuity, which according to the learned counsel for the State is not payable, inasmuch as the petitioner was dismissed from service and gratuity is not payable to a

Patna High Court CWJC No. 4249 of 2021(6) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 dismissed employee. Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation before the appropriate authorities for redressal of her grievance regarding non payment of the gratuity amount.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation.
