====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State as also counsel for the Bank.

In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 for offence under Sections 420, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation made in the First Information Report, the petitioner snatched Rs. 21,000/- from a person in the bank but was caught in the bank itself. The Police was informed and the petitioner was arrested. The police recovered Rs. 21,000/- from the possession of the petitioner.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18470 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Ravi Ranjan Kumar @ Ravi Kumar is rejected.

The petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after nine months of judicial custody.
