JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding upon the Respondents No. 4 to remove encroachment from the Public land recorded in Survey Khatiyan in the name

Patna High Court CWJC No.8244 of 2017(2) dt.17-04-2023 2/2 of Bihar Sarkar with respect to a land measuring 1 dec. appertaining to Thana No. 729, Khata No.-96, Khesara No. 694, situated in mauza Dariyapur within Sherghati P.S. of Gaya District which has been encroached by private respondents by constructing a house.

Further the respondent No.4 may be directed to remove the encroachment from the aforesaid public land in the light of direction by Sub Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer, vide his order dated 02-02- 2017 pursuant to complaint filed by the petitioner."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
