From perusal of the first information report, it would appear that it was informant, who caught the petitioner and assaulted him and, after that, allegedly, petitioner and other coaccused assaulted the informant and also called the caste's name of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special District and Sessions Judge ( SC & ST), Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S.Case No. 107 of 2015.
