It would appear that a quarrel took place between the petitioner and the deceased in a feast and after that the petitioner disclosed the aforesaid fact to other FIR named accused persons and FIR named accused persons and petitioner went at the house of deceased and started assaulting him and in that course the deceased sustained dagger injuries and died while he was being taken to hospital.

No doubt, the petitioner is named in the FIR but it is not specific in the statement of informant that who caused dagger injuries to the deceased. However, the informant claims that one Savita Devi, wife of the deceased, had disclosed that it was co-

The investigation against the petitioner appears to have completed and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and, therefore, further keeping the petitioner in custody for interrogation does not appear to be required and, accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. case No. 205 of 2015 (G.R.
