Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 385, 386, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 17 of U.A.P.A. Act.

Petitioner is said to have demanded extortion money and when his demand was not fulfilled, he assaulted the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the occurrence as alleged in the first information report is concocted and false and as a matter of fact, the contractor of road had purchased soil from the petitioner but did not make payment as a result of which a hot exchange of words took place but being influential person, the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016.
