The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and, on the basis of the disclosure made by the petitioner, arms and ammunition was recover recovered from the possession of Manish Singh. Manish Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26573/2015. The petitioner is in jail since 09.01.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for eight months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
