The petitioner is in custody in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 185 of 2018, G.R. No. 3250 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.09.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that one country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remain in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.398 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 185 of 2018, G.R. No. 3250 of 2018.
