The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 10952 of 2018 arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 541 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 37(b) (c ) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 37 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and pistol was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2018.
