Taking into consideration that co-accused, Amin Yadav and others, having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45190 of 2014 and analogous cases, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2014.
