This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 21 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act.

The stolen motorcycle and country made pistol have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2021.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed.
