Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the informant was constructing boundary wall, this petitioner along with all the F.I.R accused persons objected and abused. On protested by informant, this petitioner inflicted iron rod blow on the head of informant. No occurrence as alleged took place. Doctor has found simple injury. Due to land dispute, petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on
