2. The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

(i) for a direction in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the Director, Consolidation, and Deputy Director, Chakbandi, Rohtas at Sasaram and all other related authorities to measure the land through the proper conversion scale considering the earlier map of Mauza Thana No. 363, Revenue Thana Mohaniya, Mauza-Asaura, District Kaimaur(Bhabhua) on the ground that the map and the land is prepared in the year of 1982-83 and the petitioners and all other persons of the chak land put in possession of the respective land and any such

3/4 action is totally illegal and unsustainable in the eye of law;

(ii) for a direction in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the Director, Consolidation, and Deputy Director, Chakbandi, Rohtas at Sasaram and all other related authorities to measure the land through the proper conversion scale considering the earlier map of Mauza Thana No. 363, Revenue Thana Mohaniya, Mauza-Asaura, District Kaimaur(Bhabhua);

(iii) and pass any such other order/ orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper.

3. A perusal of the prayer would show that the matter relates to the year 2018 and the petitioners have approached in the year 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners candidly accept that there has been some delay but as now the respondents are moving in a different direction, the necessity

4/4 arose and in that background, they will be approaching the Director, Consolidation for redressal of the grievance.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of without expressing any opinion.
