This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Nauhatta PS Case No. 151 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 342, 341, 323, 307, 326, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is the married sister-in-law of the victim whereas petitioner no.2 is the uncle-in-law of the victim. Learned counsel submits that petitioners are already in custody since 01.10.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioners are sister-in-law

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.474 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 and uncle-in-law, respectively, and they have remained in custody for more than four months, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Baibhav, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Nauhatta PS Case No. 151 of 2018.
