Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109,120 B, 147, 148, 149, 323, 329, 330, 331, 384, 386, 387, 420, 424, 466, 467, 468, 469, 471, 474 of the Indian Penal Code.
Originally, informant filed Complaint Case no. 921(c) of 2019 which was converted into Danapur P.S.Case No. 282 of 2019. The above stated Complaint Case was filed against six persons and in the said Complaint petition, petitioner was not named but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5064 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 surfaced and it is alleged that he threatened the informant and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.
Accordingly, let above named, petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Danapur, Patna, in Danapur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
