2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 1308.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 29020 of 2024 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of parity.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case of the petitioner is exactly on similar footing to that of co-accused Aman Kumar, who has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59494 of 2024.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM,

Case No. 598 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.

(ii) The petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed by the court and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
