2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. CC82 of 2009.

3. At the outset, learned APP submits that the complaint was filed as far back as in the year 2009, but the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2020 and there does not appear to be any immediate apprehension of arrest of the petitioner.

4. Considering that the petitioner has not shown any immediate apprehension of arrest and the anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6039 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 petition has been filed after about 11 years of filing of the FIR, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) HR/- U T
