ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks Revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 20.4.2015 passed by the Additional by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sasaram, in Criminal Appeal No. 28 of 2010 by which he has affirmed the Judgment of conviction dated 27.4.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in G.R. No. 120 of 2001/T.R. No. 846 of 2010. Having perused the Judgment in Appeal, I do not find any irregularity in the same and, hence, the Revision application is dismissed.

However, considering the period of custody that the Petitioner has undergone the sentence is reduced to the aforesaid.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.487 of 2015 dt.20-08-2015 However, he shall pay the fine enjoined by the Court below, in default of which shall serve out the sentence as directed. With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
