JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking modification of the order dated 10.10.2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No.2440 of 2018 by which, while directing provisional release of the vehicle in question, this Court had imposed a condition wherein the petitioner has to provide a bank guarantee to the extent of the value of vehicle in question as indicated in the insurance document.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to provide the bank guarantee but considering the quantity of the liquor and the fact that in similar matters considering the quantity and the kind of vehicle this
Patna High Court MJC No.4862 of 2018(4) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 Court has imposed similar conditions, no ground for modification of the order is made out.
This application is dismissed.
