The petitioner seeks bail in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 200 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 426, 465, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is purchaser of the property in dispute. It is submitted that other accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21464 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 22024 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 200 of 2015.
