Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is accusation against the petitioners and five other FIR named accused persons that they assaulted the deceased by means of bricks and fists. The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that ribs of the deceased were found fracture. Moreover, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused persons and the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of dispute of passage. Investigation against the petitioners has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial
