In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with POCSO Case No.69 of 2018, arising out of Tilauthu P.S. Case No.77 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 354(b) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 of the POCSO Act. As per the F.I.R. while the victim girl was coming after attending the tuition, she was intercepted by the petitioner and when she raised objection, she was assaulted and her garments were torn.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.82 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
