2. Appellants apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 323, 354, 379 of the IPC and Section 3(i) of SC/ST Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge SC/ST Act, Banka.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
