In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 147, 149, 341, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, there is a direct allegation against the petitioner of inflicting Farsa blow upon the head of the Informant.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
