2. The present writ petition has been preferred for : issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the order dated 08.09.2020, passed in N.H. Arbitration Case No. 80/2020, by the learned Arbitrator cum Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna. Which was initiated for Acquisition of land for widening of N.H.-2 for six lane at Mauza- Tiyara, Thana No. 543, Anchal Mohania, District- Kaimar, (Bhabua) as well

Patna High Court CWJC No.2091 of 2024(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 as for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or writs or direction or directions to the respondents to pay the at least award amount dated 19.04.2018 passed in L.A. Case No. 07/1819, prepared on the basis of letter no. 748/RA, dated 05.06.2016, issued by the Directorate, Land Acquisition, Bihar, Patna, the competent authority cum D.L.A. Kaimur vide order dated 19.04.2018. with interest till the date of payment and compensation.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the appropriate authority for the redressal of his grievance.

4. Without expressing any opinion, the writ petition stands disposed of granting such liberty.
