Taking into consideration that victim has specifically stated against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri D.K. Bhaskar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur stands rejected.

However, it has been reported by the learned Judicial Magistrate that the case of the petitioner has already been committed to the court of learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur and,
