Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The report of the learned trial Judge dated 12.02.2019, would reveal that 6 out of 11 prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

Petitioner is husband having allegation of commission of death for non-fulfillment of dowry demand of his wife, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present, who is custody since 27.05.2017.

The trail court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a

Hence, prayer for bail is again refused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 251 of 2017 arising out of Pothia P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj.
