The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged in the complaint petition that the petitioner being collecting agent of Vaishali Co-operative Bank used to collect Rs. 200/- per day from the informant for one year but the petitioner deposited only Rs. 42,300/- in the account of informant and rest of the amount was misappropriated by the petitioner.
It is submitted that the informant did not file any receipt showing handing over the money on each and every date. The informant and his father lodged the case against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 29.03.2015 and he has already

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua P.S.
