JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 379, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54778 of 2018 with a direction that once the charge is framed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the charge has been framed and the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 13.06.2018.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.332 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Purnea, in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
