JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Desari(Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. There is recovery of 70 litres of liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.11.2019 and charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
