Singh, learned APP for the Union of India. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jhajha P.S. Case No. 371 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 121-A, 122, 384, 386 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 25(1-b), a/26/35 of the Arms Act, under Section 3/4 of Explosive Substances Act and under Section 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of UAP Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a Nexalite having seven criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant

However, the District Judge, Jamui, is directed to get the trial of this case expedited so that it may be concluded within a period of one year from today.
