The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 452 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in snatching Video Camera Mobile, Purse, Driving license, ATM Card etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and his name surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has remained in custody for six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on
