JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.08.2022, passed by the Collector, Bhojpur at Ara, however, in view of the fact that apparently, it has been recorded by the Collector, Bhojpur at Ara therein, that no scheme/project is in existence and the same has been abandoned, as also no money has been paid, meaning thereby that construction made in pursuance to the said proposed scheme is illegal,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1548 of 2023(2) dt.18-03-2023 2/2 the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Tarari, District-Bhojpur at Ara for removal of the wall etc. made in pursuance to the abandoned scheme, over the public land in question. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
