The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
