====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 732 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (A) of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation has been made that the police on the basis of information had raided the house of the petitioner and from the Gausala and Baithka, 16.2 liters of illegal liquor was recovered and seized.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.188 of 2019(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 below within three weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order on the same day without being influenced by the order of this Court.
