2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 323/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons, in conspiracy to grab money, invested Rs.4,01,400/- of opposite party no.2 in a company which later on became bankrupt.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that opposite party no.2 herself invested money in the Infotech Limited Company on request of her relative Neelam Kumari, who was field worker of the Company. Petitioner was working in the said Company and so he was colleague of said Neelam Kumari. Petitioner has not received any amount said to have been fraudulently invested by the accused persons. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 5105C/2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
