JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 221 of 2013, for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) and 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Kishanganj.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that while the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court, on merit, on 16.04.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 41740 of 2014, but, at present, the case been compromised between the parties.

Since, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8227 of 2020(3) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 was rejected earlier on 16.04.2015 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 41740 of 2014, on merit. As such, I find no reason to re-consider the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
