This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Belsand PS Case No. 168 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Having regard to the statement of the victim under Section 164 CrPC, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. This application for bail is accordingly rejected.
