2. The Executive Engineer has taken a decision to the extent that petitioner is required to complete the allotted work on or before 31.12.2024. In the meantime, execution of certificate case has been withheld. In the light of these developments, the present MJC does not survive for consideration.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC petition stands disposed of.
