Mr. ASHUTOSH RANJAN PANDEY - AAG 15 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 There is obvious non-compliance of the directive, issued by the Court on 23.02.2017. No clear explanation has emerged in the show-cause. It was a fit case, where punishment order could have been passed against the Registrar of the university, but now with an unqualified apology and assurance that judicial orders will be complied within the time-frame indicated in the orders, he has been given the benefit of doubt. The contempt application is disposed off.

The compliance order and the payments, which have been talked about with the details of calculation can be verified by the petitioner and if any discrepancy emerges, he is free to approach the Registrar for rectification.

Patna High Court MJC No.1537 of 2017(3) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 The personal appearance of the Registrar of the university shall stand dispensed with.
